A Ilha do Metal em parceria com o Site Rock on Stage, entrevistaram juntos o guitarrista Vivian Campbell<\/strong> (Def Leppard, Thin Lizzy e\u00a0Dio) que juntou todos ex membros da banda DIO<\/strong>, que gravaram os cl\u00e1ssicos, “Holy Diver”, “Last in Line” e “Sacred Heart”<\/em> e formaram o Last in Line.<\/strong>\u00a0Na entrevista Vivian Campbell fala sobre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da banda, o projeto Hear’n’Aid, a turn\u00ea com o Last in line e poss\u00edvel vinda ao Brasil.<\/p>\n

A ILHA DO METAL – A banda Last in Line \u00e9 uma grande homenagem \u00e0 mem\u00f3ria de Ronnie James Dio, com os membros que registraram tr\u00eas grandes cl\u00e1ssicos do Heeavy Metal. Quem foi o respons\u00e1vel por criar a banda e como foi para conversar com cada um dos membros.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0Vivian Campbell –\u00a0<\/strong>Em 2011 eu tocava guitarra com Thin Lizzy, uma banda que foi influ\u00eancia enorme sobre eu e minha guitarra por anos.\u00a0Depois da turn\u00ea, eu estava t\u00e3o empolgado com a minha guitarra novamente de uma forma que eu n\u00e3o tinha sido por muitos anos. Inspirado por isso, liguei para meus velhos amigos, Vinny Appice, Jimmy Bain e Claude Schnell e pedi-lhes para se reunir comigo para tocar. Eles estavam t\u00e3o animado como eu estava a tocar m\u00fasicas antigas de Dio novamente. Vinny sabia de um grande cantor chamado Andrew Freeman e logo decidimos fazer algo mais do que s\u00f3 tocar as m\u00fasicas, sab\u00edamos que t\u00ednhamos de tocar com a banda original novamente.<\/p>\n

AIM – Lembre-se de seu tempo com Dio, voc\u00ea teve uma ideia para o \u00a0Hear’n’Aid e como foi explicar ao Dio, o que voc\u00ea lembra deste \u00e1lbum? “Stars” v\u00e3o estar no set list do Last in Line?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0A ideia do \u00e1lbum ” Stars<\/em>” veio de Jimmy e eu. N\u00f3s escrevemos a m\u00fasica e mostramos a Ronnie e ele escreveu a letra. No come\u00e7o Ronnie n\u00e3o queria faz\u00ea-lo, mas ele acabou mudando de ideia depois que entramos em contato com outros cantores e t\u00ednhamos esse compromisso da participa\u00e7\u00f5s dos mesmos. Foi um processo muito dif\u00edcil coloc\u00e1-lo todos juntos, mas eu estou muito feliz que n\u00f3s fizemos.\u00a0A banda Last In Line n\u00e3o Stars, no entanto, o nosso conjunto ser\u00e1 limitado a m\u00fasicas dos 3 primeiros \u00e1lbuns.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Sobre a Discografia do Dio, Qual m\u00fasica voc\u00ea mais gosta de tocar ao vivo.? e se existe alguma m\u00fasica de Dio que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o registrou, mas quando voc\u00ea ouve, voc\u00ea disse, eu gostaria de gravar esta can\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0Todas as m\u00fasicas s\u00e3o divertidas de tocar. Eu realmente n\u00e3o tenho nenhuma favorita. No entanto, vamos tocar mais m\u00fasicas do Holy Diver e Last in do que do \u00e1lbum Sacred Heart.<\/p>\n

\"Def<\/a><\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Com o Last in Line, agora temos duas bandas com o mesmo motivo, o Last in Line e Dio Disciples, como voc\u00ea v\u00ea ambas as bandas para celebrar as m\u00fasicas de Dio? Voc\u00ea acha que voc\u00ea pode jogar junto com Dio Disciples em alguns Festival ao redor do mundo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0Eu absolutamente n\u00e3o vejo as duas bandas como sendo a mesma coisa. Dio Disciples \u00e9 uma banda de tributo formado por m\u00fasicos que n\u00e3o eram originais. Last In Line \u00e9 a banda original que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 tocou nos \u00e1lbuns, mas tamb\u00e9m escreveram as m\u00fasicas. Last In Line n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma banda tributo; Last In Line \u00e9 a banda verdadeira e original.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Em seu tempo com o Dio, qual pensa ser o melhor e pior momento com o Dio?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0Vivian Campbell-)<\/strong> Os 2 primeiros \u00e1lbuns eram f\u00e1ceis de escrever e gravar, mas no momento em que estavamos fazendo Sacred Heart havia uma tens\u00e3o dentro da banda e ningu\u00e9m queria estar no est\u00fadio com Ronnie, que todos n\u00f3s entramos e gravamos nossas partes e, em seguida, deixar o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel. Ronnie tinha se tornado muito diferente naquela \u00e9poca e divis\u00e3o havia estabelecido entre ele ea banda.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Voc\u00ea tem planos de gravar alguns concertos e liberar algum live CD ou DVD?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0No momento, nossos \u00fanicos planos s\u00e3o de fazermos a turn\u00ea, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel tocar ao vivo.<\/p>\n

\u00a0A ILHA DO METAL-) Se acontecesse um milagre e voc\u00ea tivesse apenas um minuto com Dio, o que voc\u00ea diria para Ronnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0Ronnie e eu sabiamos quais eram os problemas e tenho certeza de que, dadas as circunst\u00e2ncias corretas, ele e eu gostariamos de ter compartilhado uma bebida juntos e fariamos nossa paz.<\/p>\n

The web sites A Ilha do Metal and Rock on Stage, did this interview with guitar player Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard, Thin Lizzy e\u00a0Dio) that reunited all members from Dio Band, that recording 3 All Time Heavy Metal Classics, Holy Diver, Last in Line e Sacred Heart and become a new group called last in Line, and we talk with Mr. Vivian Campbell \u00a0about new band, Hear’n’Aid Project, this new tour with Last in line and one possible tour in Brazil..<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0A ILHA DO METAL – The band Last in Line is a great tribute to the memory of Ronnie James Dio, with the members that recorded 3 great Heavy metal Records.Who are the responsable for create the band and how was to talk with each members.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>-)<\/strong> In 2011 I played guitar with Thin Lizzy, a band who were a massive influence on me in my early guitar playing years. After the tour I was so excited about my guitar again in a way that I hadn\u2019t been for many years. Inspired by this, I called my old friends, Vinny Appice, Jimmy Bain and Claude Schnell and I asked them to get together with me to play. They were as excited as I was to play the old Dio songs again. Vinny knew of a great singer called Andrew Freeman and as soon as we heard Andrew sing we decided to do something more than to just jam the songs; we knew that we had to tour the original band again.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Remember your time with Dio, you had a idea for Hear\u2019n\u2019Aid and explain to Dio, What you remember form this \u00e1lbum? Stars Will be on Set list from last in Line?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0The Idea for Stars came from Jimmy and myself. We wrote the song and took the track to Ronnie and asked him to write lyrics. At first Ronnie didn\u2019t want to do it, but he eventually changed his mind after we contacted other singers and got them to commit to performing on it. It was a very challenging process to put it all together, but I\u2019m very glad that we did.<\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0Last In Line will not be performing the song Stars, however; our set will be limited to songs from the first 3 albums.<\/p>\n

\"Def<\/a><\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0About Dio Discography.,Which song you like more to play live? and if exist some music from Dio that you not recorded but you when you listen, you Said, I would like to Record this song?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0All the songs are fun to play \u2013 I don\u2019t really have any favourites. However, we will play more songs from the Holy Diver and Last in Line albums than we will from Sacred Heart.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0With the Last in Line, now we have two bands with the same reason, Last in Line e Dio disciple, how you see this both bands to celebrate the songs from Dio? Do you think you can play together with Dio Disciples in some Festival around the world?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0I absolutely do not see the two bands as being the same thing. Dio Disciples is a tribute band made up of players who were not original. Last In Line is the original band who not only played on the albums but also wrote the songs. Last In Line is not a tribute band; Last In Line is the real and original band.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0In your time with Dio what do you think the Best and the worst moment with Dio?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0The first 2 albums were easy to write and record, but by the time we were making Sacred Heart there was tension within the band and no one wanted to be in the studio with Ronnie; we would all come in and record our parts and then leave as soon as possible. Ronnie had become very different around that time and division had set in between him and the band.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Do you have plans to Record some concert and release some live CD or DVD?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The moment our only plans are to tour as much as possible and play live.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0If happens a miracle and you have Just one moment with Dio, what you Said for Ronnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivian Campbell –<\/strong>\u00a0Ronnie and I both knew what the problems were and I\u2019m sure that, given the right circumstances, he and I would have shared a drink together and made our peace.<\/p>\n

AIM –<\/strong>\u00a0Please let a message from your fans here in Brazil and invited all to know Last in Line, and hope see Last in Line or Def Leppard this year here in Brasil specially in Allianz Park Arena?<\/strong><\/p>\n
